 Our Promise

At Clifford Snack Shack, we strive to provide outstanding service to the community, by using local ingredients wherever possible, to offer a fresh, delicious product at a reasonable price. We value the feedback of the community, and welcome all customer comments and suggestions. Our Story

Since we were little, we always dreamed of operating our own family restaurant. We spent our teen and young adult years travelling the province, working and gaining experience in various kitchens with different styles along the way. In February 2023, with the help of family and friends, circumstances allowed us the opportunity to realize this dream in the form of Clifford Snack Shack. We offer counter service, take-out style food, made to order. In the coming years, we hope to expand into a full-service setting, becoming a lasting pillar of the local community. We continue to realize this goal by maintaining good relationships with, and contributing to, various agencies, such as the Minto Chamber of Commerce, Clifford Connects, and other local services and businesses.

Our Family

We have 3 generations of family members living in the area. Vic & Trish Palmer, our grandparents, moved to Clifford in 2011. They have since become very involved in the community, serving as volunteers with several local agencies, including Clifford Rotary, and the Clifford and District Horticultural Society. They were joined by our daughter, Jazmine Palmer, in 2018. In 2023, we moved to the area to settle down and be with the family. We plan on continuing to help develop and promote the local community.
